DM new followers not working

Hi guys,
I set up my DM to new followers but its not firing.
Any ideas what I might have done wrong? Its definitely live and looks like its setup correctly.

    Hey ​@Mark there’s currently a bug with Meta and this feature, causing it to have issues in some accounts.

    If your setup looks correct, I suggest you talk to support so they can check and possibly add your account to the list of affected users.
