Is there a chance that the DM to new follower will be applied across multiple platforms (Facebook + TT) 

This has been essential to my business and would like to know if this possible

    ​@bjofitness this depends on Meta and TikTok, not on Manychat. They have to develop this feature and allow for automations platforms like Manychat to create tools for it.

    For the time being, as far as I’m aware, this is not on their roadmap. But we should always keep asking and pushing them!
