Hi, so I have all set up properly, my IG connected and all the automation done to say HI to my new followers.
But its not triggering anything.

That’s a super new feature and some accounts are having some bugs.
But, before opening a ticket to the support team, did you test it without the wait node right after the trigger?
I would test it. And if it still doesn’t work, open a ticket. The support team will be able to investigate it further: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help

Hi Fabio, thanks for the reply. Yes, actually it hadn’t a wait node before, and the automation was totally simple: just the trigger and then some text. Wasn’t working neither.
