On few of my clients pages, DMs and comments suddenly stop appearing on the Manychat. For some its only for couple of leads, for others, all.
This has been going on for over a week now.
I’ve tried refreshing permissions, making sure that instagram settings on the app allows for everyone to message it etc. Still, nothing is helping.
Does anybody know what is the best thing to do in this kind of situation?
