Hi there, I have had so many issues using many chat and its not been fun at all. I managed to delete all my automations as for some reason it kept asking the same questions to customers in the DM when they send a message enquiring about the price of an items repeatedly. This has cost me a few sales already but despite deleting all the automations it still sends the messages and I dont have any other automations. i have refreshed permissions and still doesnt solve the problem. I keep having to apologise to the ones i am able to about it being an AI glitch but it just ruins the customer experience and also defeats the purpose of my setting it up
