I am already using the  s1._domainkey and s2 record names in my DNS for a different tool. Now i can not authenticate Manyachat. Is there any solution ???

Hey, @cxmplex

If the host names are different, you can connect as many CNAME records as you need, so it should work. Alternatively, a possible workaround is to create a subdomain and set it up.

Hey, somehow its actaully the same hostname that we are using for klaviyo. So what would be the solution here ?

I also can not use a subdomain in manychat, as it does not let me.

Hey, @cxmplex

That’s odd…
I have set my subdomain on Manychat without any problems and, unfortunately, this is the only workaround that I know. 😕

Hey,
how did you set this up ?
Can you give me an example on how to set this up ?
Thanks

@cxmplex
On your domain name registrar, you have to create a subdomain. Then, create an email for your subdomain.

After that, you can associate it on Manychat.

@cxmplex

Regarding your domain settings, your best shot is to ask directly to their support team.

On Manychat, you just need to add your email with your domain, copy the DNS records and paste them on your domain registrar.

I am having the same issue, the ManyChat DSN names are already in use. Is setting up a subdomain the only workaround? Can ManyChat create a new unique DSN for me?
