I only have my Instagram account connected to ManyChat. My Facebook Page is linked to Instagram on Meta, so my IG posts are automatically cross-posted to Facebook.
If someone comments on the Facebook version of a video that was originally posted on Instagram, will that comment trigger my Instagram comment automation in ManyChat, or does the automation only work for comments made directly on Instagram?
I want to confirm if linking FB to IG (but not to ManyChat) is enough, or if Facebook comments are ignored entirely.
