Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Can someone give me a definitive answer on if manychat works with collab posts and can do this? To be clear we are the collaborator, not the original poster. Thanks!

Hey Cansu! Does this also include if you aren’t the originator of the post? Because I tested it not being the primary person who post and it didn’t automate any dms.

Let's say you publish a post and invite another account to collaborate on it. In this case, your Manychat automation handles all responses — regardless of which profile a commenter views the post from.
Anyone who comments with a specified keyword, whether they find the post on your profile or the collaborator's, triggers your automation and receives the configured DM and public reply. Comments and public replies appear on both profiles, but your account is always the one responding.
