​@berkandacgil so you where waiting for a user input (probably a text or a number?), and the contact sent the ‘unsupported message type’. Since the input wasn’t the type of content you were waiting for, Manychat tried again to capture the right content.

The unsupported message type is usually a sticker that the person sends and cannot be viewed in Manychat.
