Hello ManyChat Support,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m facing an issue with my accounts.
I started with a free trial on XYZ EMAIL , then I upgraded my subscription on my Pro account YFT EMAIL
The problem is: both accounts are currently connected to the same Facebook Account Which is have my Meta Suite Access , and I want my Pro account (kareem7mf@gmail.com) to be the ONLY account connected to that Facebook page.
Could you please help me with:
I Already Discounted My Free Account From All The Pages ANd Even Tried to Deactivated it and remove the access from facebook itself and i logout both account and restart the browser and still get the same erorr i just need to deactive my free account from my facebook page so i can use it at PRO account
PLEASE HELP ME
