duplicate to other profile fail

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to copy a WhatsApp automation/flow from one ManyChat account to another, but I keep getting the error:

“Something Went Wrong!
Copying Failed.” (See screenshots)

This happens right after I select the target account and map all the custom user fields. Screenshots here show the error and the mapping screen.

I’ve already checked the following:

• Both accounts have WhatsApp connected

• Both accounts are PRO

• All required custom user fields exist on both accounts

• 

  

   

Has anyone experienced this before?

Any help or tips would be really appreciated!
