During migration to conversation routing, the handover protocol is disabled

Hey ​@Vladimir.svorba handover protocol never worked correctly.

For Manychat to work correctly, Manychat has to be set as ‘Primary’ in the handover protocol settings.

but my manychat could not set as primary, it is unknown. could i change it?

Which support? I could not find the any chat. Just saw this community. Sorry I am a begginner in manychat. Also my fb handover same as him and this role is unknown. Pls kindly help me
