Hi, I’m on a Pro plan and have a flow that correctly saves emails to the system field. Users are replying with valid emails, but I still don’t see the “Export” option under Contacts. Can you check my account permissions or confirm what’s blocking it?

Hi @Innerwomanrising ,
There isn't a button in ManyChat that allows you to export contacts directly. However, the simplest way I see to do this is by using the native integration with Google Sheets. Here is a step-by-step article from ManyChat explaining how to set it up:

https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281439451036-How-to-export-contacts-data?#h_01JFW3HP86E4SQNEVMP30PTM15

One important note: if you're planning to send information from multiple contacts to a spreadsheet all at once, keep in mind that there are limits on the number of requests per second. To avoid errors, it's a good idea to use the Randomizer block so the actions don't all run at the same time.

Let me know if this helped!
