Error Connecting Tiktok to ManyChat

Hi ​@othfam The TikTok connection in ManyChat only works with a TikTok Business account — personal and creator accounts aren't supported for the integration, so that could be the issue even if your account looks like a business one on TikTok's side. A couple of things worth checking:

1. Make sure your TikTok account is set up as a Business account directly within TikTok (not just a Creator account). You can verify this in TikTok's app under Settings → Manage Account.
2. As far as I know, If you're based in the US or UK, the TikTok x ManyChat connection is not yet available in those regions due to TikTok's regional rollout — and there's no confirmed timeline for when it will be.

Hi Catalina, 

I'm facing this exact same issue I tried connecting my business tiktok account too many chat using the desktop and also the Android app but it keeps on saying that my account is not a business account. Any help would be much appreciated. 

Hi ​@Parag, where are you located? Probably TikTok connection is not allow in your region - i.e if you are located in US | UK -
