Error Connecting Tiktok to ManyChat

Question

I have verified I have a TikTok business account, but ManyChat will still not allow me to connect my TikTok.

For reference:

I am a new ManyChat user today who already connected Instagram successfully (with a paid ManyChat account).
The ManyChat directions seem outdated? Account settings available for me are “switch to personal account” or “switch to business account”.

Hi ​@othfamThe TikTok connection in ManyChat only works with a TikTok Business account — personal and creator accounts aren't supported for the integration, so that could be the issue even if your account looks like a business one on TikTok's side. You can check the full guide in here:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/17928990909084-How-to-connect-TikTok-to-ManychatA couple of things worth checking:Make sure your TikTok account is set up as a Business account directly within TikTok (not just a Creator account). You can verify this in TikTok's app under Settings → Manage Account.As far as I know, If you're based in the US or UK, the TikTok x ManyChat connection is not yet available in those regions due to TikTok's regional rollout — and there's no confirmed timeline for when it will be.Hope that helps narrow it down!
