When I try to set my automation live, the trigger send message when someone comments on reel won’t turn on. I get the triangle with ! inside. Note says “For collaborative posts, the automation does not work with comments on the collaborator’s account”. This post is on my account only. No collaboration. Has anyone seen this before? Any solutions? Thanks!

Just looked at a similar post and it said without pro plan you can only have 4 active automations. So, I disabled one and then tried and now it works… unbelievable.

I asked chafpt for hepl anbd it said that could bbethe problem of the manychat….Or that the video is concaining metadata

I have exactly the same problem and don´t know what to do.
