You can remove or change it there.
There could also be other tool sending it, in case you use/ test something similar to Manychat. 😉

+3Did you use any other automation tool before or in parallel with Manychat?
You could test it disabling the channel in Manychat and testing if this message is still being sent.
If it stops, it's probably another automation tool.
