I had similar cases with clients… numbers disconnected from other services and from WABA, but still getting this kind of error… In that scenario, a little trick will help:
- Get another phone with an available Personal WhatsApp (not Business)
- Connect your number to that App
- Follow the verifications steps and allow it to migrate to the Personal WhatsApp
- You don't need to transfer the conversations or any backup
- Once your number is connected to the Personal WhatsApp App, do the inverse 😅
- Reconnect your number to the same phone and WhatsApp Business you had it before.
- All conversations and files will still be there
This is a brute force way to make Meta think that your number is no longer used for business and removes any trace of bind with any WABA or BM that could exist.
Wait 5/10min and try to connect it again to Manychat.
