Any idea why this might be happening? It’s been 4 days of not being able to do a DM automation on a post.

Have you checked if the App is updated?
This could also be some weird cache. I f the app is updated, clear the cache and see if it works…
And if that continues, you can always open a ticket to the support team at Manychat Help
