Hi ManyChat team,
I’m on the Essential (paid) plan (not Free). My Billing shows 557/250 active contacts, so I’m getting the “You’ve hit the limit” message.
Problem: I can’t reduce the active contact count because Contacts and Live Chat are empty on my side (nothing to delete), but Billing still counts 557 active contacts.
As a result, all Instagram automations stopped sending (Comment-to-DM, Auto DM/auto replies, welcome messages — nothing sends).
What I tried:

Disconnected and reconnected Instagram

Refresh Instagram permissions (success)

Checked Display settings (not “subscribed-only”)

Tested with another Instagram account (still not sending)
Request:
Could you please recalculate/reset my active contact count or remove the old Instagram contacts tied to the previous connection/account so I can get back under the 250 limit without upgrading?
