Hey! So I have been exporting PSIDs of my contacts to retarget them via FB Ads and today when I tried to open those files, they’re all blank with 0 PSIDs. So I tried again, I selected 300 contacts > clicked on bulk action > export PSIDs. Checked that csv file & again, it’s blank!
This is MONTHS of data! I don’t know what’s going wrong?

But you can export data, to Google Sheets for example.

+6Are you using Messenger, and are your 300 contacts all Messenger subscribers?
I'm experiencing the same issue. Does this mean we can't extract the data if we're using it on Instagram?
