I am trying to create an automation triggered by CTWA but can’t find any ad account to select in the trigger.

I made sure that my profile has admin access to the ad account, I even granted Manychat prtner with access to the ad account from business portfolio… nothing helped.

 


Make sure the admin account is shared with ManyChat under Business Settings → Ad Accounts with full admin access.
Then go to ManyChat → Settings → Ad Accounts and click Refresh/Reconnect.
After syncing, the ad account should show in the CTWA trigger.
