It seems we have a previously linked ManyChat account to our Facebook Page that we no longer have access to. Due to this the Facebook Ads Manager is not recognizing the new ManyChat account despite the ManyChat account being logged in & the ads trigger being active and running.

How can we fix this?

Go to your Facebook account connected with your Manychat account.

Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (on the left menu bar)

There, you’ll find all the integrations connected to your Facebook account and the option to delete the one you don’t own anymore.
