Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up a Facebook Ads Trigger in ManyChat by following the official guide here:

So far I have:

1. Created an automation and added my first message (with at least one Quick Reply).

2. Added the “User clicks a Facebook Ad” trigger and activated it.

3. Set that first message as the default starting step for Messenger.

4. Saved, published, and made the flow live.

However, when I go into Meta Ads Manager and choose Partner App → ManyChat, I never see the JSON GT opt-in snippet appear in the Message template section. It just shows a blank flow selector—no JSON code at all.

Has anyone encountered this? What am I missing to make the JSON GT opt-in show up in my flow? Any advice or steps would be much appreciated!
