Facebook banned my account, could not login.

Hi there, Facebook just banned my only method of login which is via Facebook login. My Ads and business have been paused for more than 24 hours at this point. I’ve submitted a ticket and emailed to Manychat team but no reply. What should I do?

FYI, that was my second account that got banned by Facebook. Gmail login was linked to this account, but FB account with same gmail address as this account, I used this account gmail to submit ticket.

That’s a rough situation. If your Facebook login got disabled, the issue is most likely on the Meta side, not Manychat itself, so Manychat usually can’t fully restore access until your Facebook account/business access is back.

I’d do these right away:

  • keep following up with Meta support / account quality

  • check whether you have access through Business Manager from another admin account

  • see if there’s another admin on the Page/Business who can still access Manychat

  • keep your Manychat ticket open, but include as much detail as possible like your Page name, business ID, and what access was lost

If Facebook login was your only login method, recovery usually depends on getting that Meta account restored first.

So at this point, the fastest path is:

  1. push on the Meta recovery side

  2. check for any backup admin access

  3. keep Manychat support updated so they can help once access is restored

The Facebook account have been permanently banned. I have business manager as admin on other account and i can access it. I’m in day 4 now nobody is replying me on Manychat side.
