Hey everyone, I’ve connected my Facebook page to ManyChat and it shows as connected, but I can’t make any changes in the “FB” section. Instagram is working perfectly though. Has anyone faced this or knows how to fix it?

That could mean some kind of bug on your account.
I noticed you mentioned that you've already opened a ticket with support, and I'm sure they'll help you figure out what's happening. 🙂
