Hi there,

so my delivery rate has been around 30% for some time which I think is very low, too low. However since 2 days my delivery rate is 1,5%. Yes, manychat sends all messages but it wont be visible for my recipients. I tested this with my boyfriends account. He commented on my facebook post (I solely use facebook) and my page did send the dm but the dm is nowhere to be found in the messenger inbox (also not the spam requests) from my boyfriend. Very disappointing. So my sent rate is 100% and delivery rate 1,5%. I opened 2 tickets and they both got completely ignored. I am in my trial period and I am not able to test the service correctly because it is not being delivered (or is this service just fake?) and the support is so far terrible. Help!

Sent 100% but ~0 delivered, and your bf can't find it even in requests, that's Facebook filtering your comment-triggered DMs into the hidden requests tier, the one that usually doesn't show even under Spam. The message goes out, no delivery receipt comes back so it reads as undelivered, and the recipient never sees it. It’s been getting more aggressive lately and it hits every comment-to-DM tool, not just ManyChat, so it's not a fake service. Biggest fix: don't lead with a link in the first DM. Send a short opener with a button, and once they tap or reply, message two lands in the real inbox.

Hi @Leeuwtje, in this case probably Meta is the one that is limiting you delivery rate. Here are some best practices you can apply:

  1. Avoid sharing a link in the first comment: Try your first message to feel like a real conversation. Invite the use to clic a botton to continue
  2. Try different key words for different post
  3. Use some timing “Smart Delay” tool to lag the first response, so it feels more human.
  4. Avoid to feel to “promotional” on you first message.

Hope this helps!
