Hey,
I set up comment keyword to receive guide automation on Facebook, and people have to write their emails, which should trigger automatically that they are added to sequence on KIT. It works flawlessly on instagram, but on messanger it just doesnt trigger the email, although collection field is set as email for their reply.
Any ideas? :)
