Facebook Page not showing in ManyChat
Hi, I’m trying to connect a Facebook Business Page to my ManyChat account.
My Facebook profile has Full Access to the correct Page in Meta Business Portfolio.
However, ManyChat only shows a different Facebook Page that was previously connected to the account.
I have already:
- removed the old Page from ManyChat
- refreshed Facebook permissions
- used Edit Previous Settings
- logged out and tried Incognito
- confirmed Full Access in Meta Business Suite
During Meta authorization, I can select the correct Page and grant all required permissions. However, at the end ManyChat shows:
“Can't connect this page due to an error! Looks like you're logged in with another Facebook profile.”
After that, ManyChat still only shows the old Page.
How can I completely remove the old Facebook Page/profile association from this ManyChat account and connect the correct Page?
