I’m new to Manychat and have linked both FB and IG accounts. I’m on the Pro 14 day trial. When I go to set up auto DM from comments I don’t see any of my FB posts to select from, only Instagram posts. I want to use the feature with Facebook. I have refreshed, checked buisness integration permissions, logged out and in again to Manychat, started the flow from scratch but nothing works. Not sure what to try next? Any help would be appreciated :)

Facebook posts not displaying at the start of auto DM link from comments flow
+7Make sure your account is connected to Facebook.
Go to Settings > Facebook.
If it isn’t connected, follow the steps to connect it.
If it’s connected, try refreshing permissions.
If all fails, contact support. ;)
