I’m running into two serious issues with my Instagram automation using ManyChat, and it’s costing me leads.

1. Auto DMs not sending anymore

I set up an automation that triggers when someone comments a keyword (e.g. “Zoom”) — it sends them a lead magnet via DM.
It worked fine at first, but after a while, people kept commenting but stopped receiving the DM.
No error messages in ManyChat, just nothing happens anymore.

2. Keyword comments are invisible to my main account

This one's weird — the comments with the trigger word don’t even appear on my main Instagram account.
But I can still see them if I check from another account (e.g. a friend’s or my alt).
As a result, ManyChat doesn’t reply to them either, as if the comments didn’t exist.

What I’ve already checked:

• The correct IG post is selected

• No error or warning in ManyChat

• Account is professional (not personal)

• I’m not over any visible usage quota

• Permissions seem fine
