I don’t see any action setting the user fields price, item ordered, pickup location, etc. How are these being set?
They do not get automatically set, you have to set them through actions or data collection.

If you can show us your setup prior to that, we may be able to help. For example, of when you’re setting the fields Category, Price, etc.
