Hey, I would love anyone’s advice or suggestions on this. I received my ManyChat bill, which had increased because I had supposedly gone over the 500-contact limit and was now being charged for the next tier. However, I know I do not use it enough to reach that limit.

When I checked my contacts, they were all fake and not real users. As a result, I have been charged for a whole month based on this, and I had 808 fake contacts. I have now deleted these, but how do I prevent this from happening again? Can they be blocked?

Also, how can they increase my bill without checking with me first or giving me the option to review and remove fake contacts beforehand?
