Hey- I currently have IG connected, and am trying to add my FB Business Page. When I go to settings > Channels > Facebook Messenger, my business page pops up right away and it already says “Connected” in gray. But in my home page and everywhere else it only shows 1 channel-- my IG-- and I can’t create automations for the FB Business Page. 

 

I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook. I went into Meta and made sure that my page is in fact a Business page and also put it under a Meta “Business Suite”. In Facebook Settings, I see that ManyChat has permissions… but seemingly no meaningful access within ManyChat. 

 

Any advice?? TYIA.

I went through all the steps in the article (some I had already done, but I double checked them) and still am at an impasse, unfortunately. I’ve reached out to the ManyChat team directly. Thanks again for your response-- it helps to feel like I’m not shouting into the void.
