I always start with a simple keyword trigger + message response to make sure the connection is active and working, and from there I start building the rest.

I can't see the tab where I could write the default message like I did in Instagram.

You can go to Settings > Messenger, and you'll see the Default Reply option there.

Recheck your facebook page is connected with manychat

Yes my 2 pages are connected. But I can't see the easy to use screen like insta. I am using mobile phone, not pc. Can this be the reason?
