What’s going on with the facebook page reel comments to dm feature? For the last 2 weeks nothing has been working - no automatic replies, no messenger dms are being sent.
Is there any way to get this working again because I have a viral video right now with over 2,000 comments and I’m pretty sure this is costing me lots of money.

Yeah a lot of people have been getting hit with this lately, especially on viral reels. It’s usually either a Meta webhook issue, expired permissions, or IG throttling the comment-to-DM trigger when engagement spikes hard. Have you already tried refreshing permissions + reconnecting the FB/IG channel inside ManyChat? I’ve seen that fix it for some accounts recently.
