Guys, am not sure if anyone has bumped into similar issues. If yes, would love some guidance with fb messenger ref url - it passes refID only when I test with my own account, when I try to test it with different accounts, message automation isnt triggered, and refID is dropped. Any clue how to solve this?

RefIDs in FB Messenger only trigger for first-time interactions. Make sure the user hasn’t messaged your page before, test in incognito to avoid cache issues, and confirm your automation is set to trigger on “Message Received.” Check your ref URL setup in ManyChat to ensure it’s linked to the flow.
