Hi, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue on my messenger automation. After the user click the button/ quick reply, the next step or message is not firing or sent to the user. Unfortunately, I can’t find a workaround to remove the button in the greeting message.

Hi Jen! I’ve worked with ManyChat automations. It sounds like the issue may be related to the Messenger trigger, Quick Reply/Button action, or another flow interrupting the automation. If you can share a screenshot of your Flow Builder setup, I can take a look and help you identify where it’s getting stuck.

Hi Ayesha. Thank you for checking this out. Appreciate it. I don’t understand on why another automation can interrupt. This automation I have is a duplicate automation, I had more than 10 automation duplicated from one automation to another but they worked fine, until 2 days ago it dont.

Please see this screenshot below

Hey @DabblingJen - this could be an issue with the Data Collection node that’s asking for email. There are several of us in the Community seeing issues with this currently on FB Messenger. The node is just not firing. I’m not exactly sure of what the issue is or when it’ll be fixed but I raised a ticket with support 3 days ago. All my client’s flows stopped working on Saturday - all at the email node. Maybe raise a support ticket too?
