hi guys ! 

I will be working with 2 setters for my IG account and need to use Manychats. However we are experiencing some complications. 

When in the Manychats - how do I find a specific chat? 
We have it integrated with IG and when i search for a chat by IG handle, i don’t find anything. Im looking in all possible folders. How do I go about this?

Also, not all chats show up in ManyChats. For example, we had a trigger live for a reel - we got a decent amount of comments and the automation worked on all of them, however not all of them showed up in the Manychat UI..

It seems to me that there could be some kind of integration error?
