Hi, I am trying to set up a first messaage reply after keyword comment on story/post/reel and inside that message I want to have some copy, a button to click as well as set up a 2 hour delay. Is this even possible?
I have found that I need to have the first message ask a quick question, then they click a button so the second message fires and then I can have a delay. But my conversion is dropping off fast after that first message.
What is the work around here?

Your first message needs to have a text with a button or a quick reply because of the 24-hour window rule from Meta.
The only workaround I know is to have a first message with a quick reply (your quick reply should be a “space”) and if you don’t want to send more messages, the only way is to send a message with a dot.
But if you want to send more messages, the only option is to have a first message with a button/quick reply followed by a second message.
So is it even possible to add a delay after the first message, assuming the first message has copy and a button to click that takes them to a diff website?

After the user clicks the first button, you have 24 hours to communicate with them.
