I’m currently using ManyChat with an active account based in Iran.
I’ve set up a flow that triggers correctly — I can see that incoming messages are being received by ManyChat — but the reply messages are not being sent to the user.
I’ve double-checked the flow, triggers, and conditions, and everything seems to be configured correctly.
Is there any restriction or technical issue related to my region (Iran) or Meta’s limitations that could be causing this?
I would really appreciate any guidance or a checklist to troubleshoot this, as I’m trying to set up automated DMs for my Instagram business page and currently stuck at this point.
