Ah got it, this is the first time I’m seeing this!
I just checked on one of my accounts and I got the same message… Not sure what’s going on here.
My suggestion is that you setup a keyword (something like xxtestxx - that nobody will every write), and you can use that to test your automation.

+6Just for reference, flow preview in Manychat does not show custom fields and does not take into account conditions and actions.
For everything to work properly you should do the preview in the messaging app (Instagram, Messenger, etc).

I think it was another problème. May be a bug with ManyChat. I am not alone i think.

The issue was passed to our development team for further investigation.
As a workaround, please, make sure to opt-in to your Bot in the Messenger by typing anything to your Bot DMs, with the Contact you are using to preview the Flows, here is a quick loom on how to do that: https://www.loom.com/share/c5f03bd6ca8d43b5b27cc787c54a1a69
This workaround will allow you to by-pass "Send to Messenger" Button which was recently deprecated by Meta (more information can be found here https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/send-to-messenger-plugin/).
