No… unfortunately Meta doesn't allow you automate anything without interaction via comments or DMs.

Unfortunately, it's not possible — I believe it's designed that way to protect your followers from getting spammed.
However, you can set it up to trigger when someone reacts to a IG story, even if it’s just with a like.

​@karlijn, exactly! Reacts means a like, but this only works for Stories, not for posts…

Also I advise you to clic on the “Automatically like replies”….as its nice for the user to get back something from the brand in return.
