Our Messenger flows are not working properly. More specifically, it seems like the contacts are clicking our buttons we have set up in our messages, but the flows aren’t continuing down the path in the flows.
Anyone else experiencing this/any troubleshooting steps I can take?

Yes this has just started happening for me in the past 2 hours. Users are clicking buttons, but nothing is being triggered
I just submitted a support ticket, but unsure if Manychat are aware of this bug right now

I’m not a free user, so that’s not a factor. Still waiting on a response from Manychat support.
Im not a free user either, and still getting these issues. No response yet from Manychat support, and nothing flagged on their status page either. Does anyone know how to get issues like this flagged ASAP?

Has this issue been resolved?
In most scenarios, doing “refresh permissions” resolve the issue, but sometimes there are some bugs on Meta’s API that could stop automations.
This is happening to me! Our messenger flow is sending the first message but when they click to continue/ start the flow they get nothing!!!
