Hi @valentin_nm, quick question first: when you say you created 2 more, do you mean 2 additional Follow to DM automations, or 2 more followers to test the existing one? Follow to DM only supports one active automation per account, so if you built extra ones in Flow Builder, that'd explain why only the first is firing.

If it's just new follows not triggering, keep in mind this is still a Beta feature, Meta reviews eligibility on a rolling basis, so it can work for one user and then stop without any change on your end. Worth doing another Refresh Permissions too (Help → Refresh Permissions), sometimes it needs to run again after a flow republish.

Hope this helps!

hi @cata_rendon
2 more followers to test the existing one.
did all that Refresh Permissions too (Help → Refresh Permissions) - all
maybe unlink ig acc then re link

i checked the status detector seems is fine.. from a manychat backend perspective.. would be good to have more insights into it

Hi @valentin_nm , appreciate you walking through all that, rules out it being a config issue on your end. The unlink/relink you mentioned is worth trying since you haven't done that one yet, sometimes it forces a cleaner handshake than Refresh Permissions alone. Beyond that though, honestly I don't have more insight to give you, eligibility review happens entirely on Meta's side and neither ManyChat's dashboard nor the status page can show what's going on there. If it's still not picking up after the relink, at that point it's just a matter of waiting it out.
