Follow to DM still not working

I have updated all the things, and the follow to DM still isn’t working.  It worked for about a week, and then suddenly just stopped.  Thoughts?

I’m sorry to hear that these beta feature isn’t working on your account! 😕

Can you define “suddenly just stopped”? No one is receiving your automation or the automation starts, but stoped in the middle?

Due to Meta rules, this feature has some limitations, and they can be the reason that you’re not seeing this automation trigger (if that is case).     Hey ​@rodrigo_silvano can you help me fix the Follow to DM automation. I’ve set up everything perfectly twice but it’s still not working. My other automations are working perfectly such as Comment, Keywords bots everything. Also I’ve tested the Follow to DM using Instagram code that was also working perfectly but it’s still not working manually. Can you tell me what’s the main issue here?
