Follow to DM stuck at 0 runs — Comment to DM works fine on same account

Hi ManyChat Team,

I've set up "Say hi to new followers" (Follow to DM) for my Instagram account (@deepplanedoc) and linked it to a custom automation flow ("Untitled") via Settings → Instagram → Say hi to new followers → Select Existing.

The setup shows correctly: "Send Untitled" is displayed, and the automation status is "LIVE". However, the "Runs" count stays at 0, even after genuine new followers (accounts that have never interacted with @deepplanedoc before, no prior messages, no prior follow) followed the account.

For comparison: other automations on the same account, such as Comment-to-DM triggers on Reels, work without any issues. So the general connection between my Instagram account and ManyChat is working correctly, it's specifically the Follow to DM trigger that doesn't seem to fire.

Could you please check:

1. Whether my Instagram account is currently eligible for the Follow to DM beta feature
2. Whether there are any known issues affecting this trigger right now
3. Whether the connection/permissions on my end are set up correctly
