At the moment, “Follow to DM” is only available on Instagram for some users (limited by Meta).
There is an idea about this here and you can vote for it 🙌🏼
At the moment, no ManyChat does not have a TikTok “new follower” trigger. The current TikTok triggers are around DMs / conversation entry points, such as User sends a message, Ref URL, and QR code.
So if your goal is to automate after someone follows, that specific trigger isn’t available right now in ManyChat for TikTok.
