I don't use DM automation a lot and am definitely still under 1000 contacts, but when i try to create a new automation, it tells me i'm using a pro feature - I'm not - and tells me i have to upgrade. i had to sign up for the free trial for now just to get it going. Anyone else experience this?

What automation are you trying to do? 

im just doing a automated DM to people that comment certain keywords. i've done a few before and they went thru fine.

Hi ​@McDalong on the free plan you have a few limitations. You can have up to 4 automations, 3 keywords, 2 sequences, 10 tags and 1000 contacts.
