I don't use DM automation a lot and am definitely still under 1000 contacts, but when i try to create a new automation, it tells me i'm using a pro feature - I'm not - and tells me i have to upgrade. i had to sign up for the free trial for now just to get it going. Anyone else experience this?
"forced" to upgrade to pro?
What automation are you trying to do?
im just doing a automated DM to people that comment certain keywords. i've done a few before and they went thru fine.
