I subscribed to the pro subscription (95$) however, I am not able to start a new automation.When I try to initiate a new automation: 

1- I received a message that this request is only for pro subscribers. 

2- Or if opened Manychat from my laptop, it doesn’t process my request neither post it. Nothing happen when I click the button. 
 

I only want Instagram automation and this why I pay for the subscription. Can anyone help me with this please ? 
 

Is my subscription enough ? As it is named Pro. If not can I have a refund ? And if yes what should I do to make automations again ?

The PRO plan subscription allows you to use all of ManyChat's automation features.
You can check if your plan is PRO by following these steps:

-Click on Settings
-Click on Billing
-Look for the word PRO next to "Subscription"
 

If you’ve already subscribed but it doesn’t show as PRO, I recommend contacting ManyChat support so they can look into it. You can do that using this link:

Thank you guys for the amazing support. However, same issue still exists.

Please find screenshot of my subscription and from my phone. For laptop, i clicked on post but the screen is not responding. For the phone, it said that i am not subscribing

for pro as attached in the photos and

Hi ​@Rakan4421 ,

I can see that on the desktop version, the PRO label appears on your profile, which confirms you're on the PRO plan. Please make sure you're logged into the same account on the app — it looks like you might be accessing different accounts. Try logging into the app using the same method you used on the desktop.

Let us know here if you're able to resolve it. And remember, if you confirm that you're logged into the exact same account, you can submit a request so the support team can check what's going on.
