Hello team. Does anyone know if you can freeze your Manychat account? Thanks, Sarah

Hey @Sareen88 I’m not sure what you mean by ‘freeze the account’, but you can disconnect it and go to the free plan if you want.

Your configuration will stay intact, so when you’re ready to get back you can reactivate your automations.
